SENIOR TEAM

This is our top group and has a year-round training emphasis.  This group consists of those swimmers 14 and over who are willing to make the commitment to representing TRS on a National level.  Long-range goals and desires must be a top priority.  All swimmers must first meet with Coach Holmes before beginning this challenge.  This is an intense training program that will require an uninterrupted commitment to reaching both their individual and team goals.

Practice

The Senior Team meets 8 times a week with a minimum requirement of 7 of 8 practices.  Swimmers are encouraged to attend all scheduled practices.

Mon./Fri. - 6:30-8:30pm

Wednesday. - 5:30-8:00pm

Tues/Thurs. - 6:30-8:00pm

Tues./Thurs. - 5:30-7:00am (weight training)

Saturday - 9:00-11:30am

A swimmers best effort is expected at all training sessions.

Swimmers are expected to be “on site – outside, deck or gym” (min. 20 min.) prior to start time.  This time is to be used for stretching.

Meets
Mandatory attendance at all meets unless otherwise discussed with Head Coach and/or Senior Coach.
