- Palisades Interstate Parkway south to the G.W. Bridge
- Stay in the 3rd lane from the left
- Go under the apartments, stay in right lane
- Exit, Harlem River Drive south
- Harlem River Drive turns into the FDR south
- Get off exit 14 (96th St.)
- Go through 2 lights
- Make a right at 3rd light onto 91st street
- Parking Garage is on your left

Bowline Park Pool (from NRHS) (back to top)
- Make left out of NRHS entrance onto Hammond Road.
- Go to end - make a left onto Suffern Lane.
- Take Suffern Lane to Rt. 9W.
- Cross over Rt. 9W going east - turns into Railroad Ave. (J&V Appliance on corner). Go straight on Railroad Ave. for 1/4 mile.
- Make right at stop sign onto Samsondale Ave. (before railroad track).
- Continue on Samsondale Ave. for approx. 1 mile.
- Make left at entrance to Bowline Park.
- Bear right just before Marant guard booth.
- Take to pool/park main gate.
- Parking and pool on immediate left.
Felix Festa Middle School - Sharks/Condors (back to top)
- Exit the NY State Thruway at exit 13N (Palisades Parkway North).
- Exit the Palisades Parkway at Exit 10.
- Follow to the end of the ramp and make a right onto Germonds Rd.
- Take Germonds (winds around) to next light (Rt. 304 intersection)
- Cross over Route 304 continuing on Germonds Road – turns into Parrott Rd.
- Head straight onto Parrott Road.
- Entrance to building will be on your left approx. 1 mile.
Germonds Pool (back to top)
- Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway South to Exit 10
- Make a left off the exit.
- Go to the traffic light; make a left onto Middle Town Road.
- Go one (1) light; make a right follow to the intersection of Route 304.
- Continue across Rt. 304, (Albertus Magnus High School is on the Corner) continue past the high school and make your first right onto Germonds Road.
- The pool will be on your right.
- Allow 30 minutes for travel time.
Hofstra University - Long Island Express (back to top)
- PIP South to the George Washington Bridge.
- Follow GWB straight to the Cross-Bronx Exp. /Throgsneck Bridge (approx. 10 miles)
- Take THROGSNECK BRIDGE - follow signs to CROSS ISLAND PKWY towards Eastern LI.
- Take CROSS ISLAND PKWY. S. to Exit 30 E (Long Island Expressway)
- Take LIE to exit 38 (Northern State Pkwy.)
- Take NORTHERN STATE PKWY to Exit 31 A (Meadowbrook Pkwy. - Jones Beach)
- Take MEADOWBROOK and exit M4 (Hempstead Ave. West/Fulton Ave.)
- Make first right just past Nassau Coliseum (on right).
- Make first left onto back campus entrance.
- Go straight, make first right - then first left.
- Swim Center will be huge building on left.
North Rockland High School (back to top)
- From the South.
- Take Palisades Parkway North to Exit 14. End of ramp make a right (soccer fields on right).
- High School ¼ mile on left. Pool entrance at left end of building.
- From the North.
- Take Palisades Parkway South to Exit 14. Make a left at end of ramp (soccer fields straight ahead). Follow above directions.
Pearl River Swim Club (back to top)
- Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway South to Exit 6W.
- Continue off the ramp.
- Go to the third (3) light (reservoir on the left and right). Make a right, go to the end (passing Blue Hill Golf Course).
- Make a left onto Convent Road.
- Go over top of the hill; make an immediate left onto Gilbert Avenue.
- Go approximately ½ mile; pool entrance is on the left.
- Allow 30 minutes for travel time.
Rockland Community College Pool (RCC) (back to top)
- Route 202 West.
- 4th Left (approx.) after 306, County Road 81 (Wilder Rd. which turns into College Rd.)
- Cross Over Viola Rd.
- Make a right into RCC.
- Park in the Field House/Pool parking lot.
Suffern Sea Lions (Suffern High School) (back to top)
- Take Palisades Parkway to exit 13, bear right onto Route 202 West (towards Suffern)
- Take Route 202 for approx. 5 miles.
- Make a left (traffic light) onto Viola Rd.
- Take approx. ½ mile. Suffern High School entrance on right.
(If you get to end of Viola Rd. you went too far)
- Go 100 yards, make left. Park in lot straight ahead.
Ulster County Pool (New Paltz Hawks) (back to top)
- Take exit 18 for NY-299 toward New Paltz/Poughkeepsie
- Turn left at NY-299 W/Main St. Continue to follow NY-299 W for 2.5 miles
- Slight left at County Rd 7/Libertyville Rd/New Paltz-County Home Rd for 1.9 miles to Ulster County Pool entrance

- Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway South to Exit 10.
- Make a left off the exit.
- Go to the traffic light and make a left onto Middletown Road.
- Go one light make a right and follow to the intersection of Route 304.
- Continue straight across Rt. 304 (Albertus Magnus High School is on the Corner).
- Continue past the high school and make a right onto Germonds Road.
- Pass Germonds Pool, you will come to a sharp turn in the road (continue straight),
- Approximately ¾ of a mile make a left onto Castle Hill Lane (please note that this looks like a driveway).
- If you have gotten to the four corners, you’ve gone too far.
- Allow 30 minutes for travel time.
