At Practice:

• Deck shoes only on the pool deck!
• Appropriate attire is expected.
• T-shirts, deck shoes, shorts, etc.

At Meets:

• It is expected that a swimmer will wear the appropriate team attire at every swim meet Team Rockland is competing.
• Team attire can be purchased from DiscountSwim.
• Team Attire = any attire which bears the Team Rockland name and/or logo and colors.
• Team sweats, t-shirts, towels, shorts, etc.

Regular Season Meets:

• All swimmers are expected to wear a solid black suit.
• Aquablade is a good suit.

Championship Season Meets:

• Swimmers should wear the suit they think will help make them fastest.
• Solid black or two color (team colors) suit is recommended.
• Swimmers should not where a suit that has flashy colors or "looks cool" - cool colors will not make you fast. Fast swimming makes you fast.
• If you are not sure ask Coach Holmes.

• Training fins, pull buoy, kick board, mesh carry bag (color and sizes of training equipment is up to the individual swimmer)
• Swimmers are expected to have their training equipment with them at every practice.
• Swimmers may choose the brand name of the equipment they want to use.
• All are encouraged to use good judgement when deciding what training equipment to purchase.
• Swimmers may choose to decorate their equipment.  However, decorated equipment deemed inappropriate will not be permitted on the pool deck.
